| Two More EnviroDevelopments Recognised in Western Australia | |
The environment and local communities are the big winners today (21 April) with two new Western Australian developments receiving EnviroDevelopment certification from the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA). LWP Property Group’s Malvern Springs at Ellenbrook has been certified in the ecosystems and community elements and Peet’s new Shorehaven project located in Alkimos has received certification in water.

Two developments (Cygnia Cove and Capricorn Village) have been the first projects certified in WA under EnviroDevelopment, launched by UDIA in Perth on Monday 21st September.
