Justin Madden, MLC, Minister for Planning today (3rd March) launched EnviroDevelopment in Victoria, becoming the fourth state to implement the system.
Marriott Waters, a development by Villawood Properties, at Lyndhurst in the City of Casey, is the first development to attain certification in Victoria.
