EnviroDevelopment is intended to inspire and reward high performing developments in the field of sustainability. Developers wishing to apply to have a particular development certified as an EnviroDevelopment will need to meet the requirements of the EnviroDevelopment standards and submit the appropriate documentation as evidence of their achievement.
Ultimately, EnviroDevelopment certification must be approved by the EnviroDevelopment Board of Management on the basis of the recommendations of industry professionals. It will also have to withstand the scrutiny of the industry, government and community as well as EnviroDevelopment Foundation Partners and Supporting Partners.
